We came for work, so we did not spend much time in the hotel itself other than to take a shower and go to sleep thereafter. Rooms are rather small but very cozy, bed was comfortable, service people are nice and accommodating, breakfast was great, dinner too (we ate there twice!) as the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming--it's a very cute and quint hotel, located outside the main central area of the city.

This was a very good hotel once we'd found it (our mistake with the GPS). We appreciated being able to take our small dogs into the dining room for dinner and breakfast, though for breakfast we had to abandon that as it was too difficult with the buffet. The free parking was excellent and the restaurant food was really good. The buffet breakfast was above average though the hot food ran out and there was a noticeable wait for it to be replenished. That was good as it signalled the food had been freshly cooked!

The hotel is excellent and has very helpful staff. In particular Prudance was extremely helpful and was always smiling and happy to help she even booked our dog into the vets. The room cleaning service is great and the hotel is very clean. Location was about a 12 min drive to the city centre which was perfect for us. The Spa was very clean and easy to book via reception. Overall outstanding service we will be back.

Really easy to find and plenty of parking. The EV charging is very easy , you park and ask reception to enable it. Check in was perfect with very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is very nice, light and modern. The jacuzzi & spa is very nice, pleasant atmosphere and relaxing. Bar and restaurant served great drinks and food, we had the specials (salmon ) with local wines. Breakfast very sufficient, good choice of hot and close dishes but would recommend you pay for the full breakfast, as much more on offer

We were a party of five adults and one child of 16 months. We only stayed 1 night en route to the Vendee region but all the staff made us feel very welcome, on arrival to our departure. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the those serving us in the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast, and the quality of the food was very good. We were also happy with our bedrooms, which were spacious and comfortable. Delighted to have chosen this hotel for our stay.

I was really pleased with our one-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and it was great value for money. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel and we enjoyed being able to have a drink on the outside terrace. It was very accessible from the motorway which is handy if you are on a stopover, as we were, and don't want to get involved in the city traffic. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely first stop on a road trip. The suite was great, having a proper second bedroom with doors, a dressing room and bathroom - perfect for families with kids on different bedtimes…! The best one we’ve found so far in that respect. Meant we could still enjoy ourselves and chat once the little one was in bed. Room service was delicious and not too expensive - really really convenient again for families with young kids

Great stay! The hotel is modern and really clean. Rooms are well-equipped and comfy, with everything you need. The location is super convenient, right next to the highway, with free and secure parking. Check-in was quick and easy, even late at night. The bed was comfortable, and they had a baby crib ready for us, which was a big plus. Also, it’s pet-friendly. All around, a great choice for a stopover or a longer stay in Rouen. Would definitely come back.

Our 2nd stay.....arrived after midnight and reception was still open, very helpful with check in and luggage.....another 1 night stay, easy parking, modern hotel and pets allowed. Liked · Modern hotel with pleasant bar and seating area, friendly reception staff, pets allowed and easy parking. The hotel is located outside of Rouen, but easy access if not visiting Rouen centre. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Simple but pleasant breakfast in the morning....
